The Dinosaur API

/dinosaur/*

For a given dinosaur, learn when and when it lived and what it ate. Also, a list of pictures, sources, and thumbnails.

Reviewed artist images include an attribution object with title, artist, artistUrl (when available), license, licenseUrl, changes, and any additional credit. Display these credits and link the source and license when reusing the image. This field is absent on legacy images whose attribution has not yet been reviewed.

For a given time period or geography, fetch a list of dinosaurs that resided there.

eg. /api/category/Antarctica

Valid geographies: north-america, south-america, europe, africa, asia, australia, india, madagascar

Valid time periods: triassic, jurassic, cretaceous

Or 'all' for everything.
